Development

The 4 steps to a successful system solution

1.  Technology Consultation  -  the ideal solution is our main objective

Your ideas and concepts form the pivotal point around which the development and the design of your project is built.  Your demands on your project are the basis upon which the decision is made for the optimal technological platform on the chip-level.  Within our many development teams, we are in complete possession of the knowledge concerning all chip-types and technology currently on the industry and consumer market.

In order to define the production process, it is essential to be aware of characteristics such as functionality, scaling possibilities and parameters and the life cycle of the product in question. In doing so, we operate as economically efficient as possible, not only with regard to the cost of the product itself, but also the financial involvement that might accrue during the development process.

Due to our many years of experience in the development of systems and our extensive knowledge of application, we build, together with you, a stable foundation for your new product.

2.  System Design

Based upon the product-specific, predefined system-architecture, and our team of specialists working in collaboration with your development specialists, the complete system evolves.  The most important criteria here are product design, the energy source, thermal management and the maintaining of applicable, environmental parameters and specifications (i.e. vibration stability, fall height, packaging, temperature and humidity control).  It is here that the detailed specifications for the individual modules are established.

3.  Subassembly Development

In keeping with our step-by-step development plans, we test the designated, additionally-purchased modules and proceed with the technical development of electrical switches and boards, in keeping with the functional specification-document.  Simultaneously, the additional module-software will be tested and, if required, adjusted to conform to its intended usage.  Each and every one of these processes is carried out by our design team.  The results will be appropriately document and turned over to you. This forms the basis for advancement into the next phase.

4.  System Integration

In this next step, the outer casings are produced by using advanced 3D design tools.  These tools are used to simulate the finished product.  This will give a clear concept of how things will further progress in the future. The module which was chosen in advance will now be brought together with a system for testing.  In the test that follows, the functions listed in the specification document will be checked and optimized.  This is the essential cornerstone for the development of a stable and cost-efficient series-production.  The results of the systems integration will be made available for your use, in the form of an engineering sample, enabling you to carry out your own tests within your premises.  Any additional information established through this further testing will, of course, be adequately taken into consideration in the subsequent stages of development.
